Red Light Therapy

Red light therapy is a warm, calm session where you relax under gentle red and near-infrared light. It's quick, easy to fit into a busy week, and a lovely way to give yourself a moment of quiet.

Want more from your session? Add PEMF and get both at the same time.

It fits in perfectly after a class, or as a standalone session when you need some time for yourself.

Everyone completes a short screening and consent form before their first session, so we can make sure red light therapy is right for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is red light therapy?

Red light therapy means relaxing under gentle red and near-infrared light. It's a short, calm session that's easy to fit into your week.

What does it feel like?

Warm and relaxing. You won't feel anything apart from a gentle warmth, and lots of clients use it as a chance to switch off for a few minutes.

How long is a session? 30 minutes

Can I have it with PEMF?

Yes. The combo runs both at the same time, so you lie on the PEMF mat during your red light session. It's 6 credits until 31/10 and 9 credits from 1/11.

How often should I come?

Red light therapy works best as a regular routine. Most people start with 3 to 5 sessions a week, then keep going with 2 to 3 a week.

Can I do it on the same day as a class?

Yes. It works really well after a class, or as a standalone session when you just want some time for yourself.

Can anyone use it?

Red light therapy isn't suitable if you're pregnant, or if you're taking medication that makes you sensitive to light. Everyone fills in a screening and consent form before their first session, so we can check it's right for you. If anything on the form needs a second look, we may ask you to check with your GP first.

What should I wear?

The light needs to reach your skin, so most people wear underwear or swimwear. Please come with clean skin, with no makeup, lotions or sun cream. We provide eye protection for every session.

Can I take my phone in? We recommend leaving your phone on the table in the room, so you get proper time out.

What if I need to cancel? It's the same as all our bookings. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your session, your credits go back into your account. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the credits are lost.
