With the current Covid restrictions we are now able to teach 1-1 classes.  For the time being these are restricted to Pole only.  We hope to be able to teach Group classes face to face from May 17th but will know more nearer the time.  In the meantime we have a wide range of online classes both on and off the pole available via zoom.  Just book on TeamUp as usual and you can take part in our classes in the comfort of your own home.

ONLINE POLE FITNESS - MIXED LEVEL

Mondays 7pm

 on the pole

This class includes elements that target each area of the body to build strength and stamina.  Regressions and progressions are available to ensure that you are working at the correct level for your body.  

45 minutes £4.50

Mondays 8pm

Stretch & Flex Class using the yoga wheel, excellent for building core stability and improving flexibility. 

45 minutes £4.50

Tuesdays 7pm

Our pole fitness classes all start with a warm up and then conditioning, before moving on to learning transitions and tricks which we usually put into a sequence before cooling down. 

Each class lasts 60 minutes and costs £6.  We send you the zoom recording after the class so that you can recap the moves with all the teaching points you have learned in class.

You will need access to a pole at home for these classes, a crash mat is also recommended for additional safety.

Tuesday 8pm

This class is perfect for those who want to increase mobility and flexibility, whether you take part in pole and aerial classes or not.
Requirements: Space to stretch, yoga blocks (or books/rolled up towel) and a strap (a belt works fine too)

45 minutes £4.50

Wednesday 7pm

Our strength and conditioning sessions are off the pole classes. The exercises in both sessions are suitable/can be modified to include all fitness levels.

We will work through a series of tricks using the chair before putting them into a small choreo.
