Our Junior classes are suitable for ages 7 and over and cost £10. Our adult classes are suitable for ages 18 and over, and range in price from £7.50 to £15, depending on the length of the class (e.g., a 60-minute class costs £10). Class packs are available to help you save up to 15%. There are classes for every body, no matter what your age or fitness level is. The classes we offer are fun and inclusive wherever you are on your journey.
Classes are released for booking on 10th of the month for the following month. We recommend that you book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. If you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours or more before the class start time to receive a full refund, refunds will not be issued for late cancellations. All courses and workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable.

INTRODUCTION COURSES


INTRO TO AERIAL
4 week course
starting Saturday 7th January

If you would love to try some of our aerial classes but not sure which one is for you, this is the perfect course.
Week 1: Aerial Hoop
Week 2: Static Trapeze
Week 3: Aerial Silks
Week 4: Aerial Rope
Each session is 90 minutes long and includes warm up and cool down and
all the fundamentals you will need to feel confident to progress to our beginner classes. You will develop the skills you need to safely and competently move through a range of poses and transitions, including correct form and engagement, in a safe and fun environment.
The course must be booked as a whole and drop ins are not available. Sessions are non-refundable, and non-transferable.
INTRO TO POLE
4 week course
starting Saturday 4th February
Saturdays at 12.30pm
This four week course will give you all the tools you need to go to our beginners classes with confidence. Learn all the basic grips, spins and transitions, as well as how to climb the pole, as well as learning a choreo.
Each of the 4 sessions last 60 minutes.
Total price £40. The course must be booked as a whole and drop ins are not available.

Aerial Yoga

Suitable for all levels, aerial yoga is a fun and effective way to build strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. Using both the ground and the support of a suspended sling, the inversion postures can create traction helping to decompress the spine as well as building strength in the back and supporting muscles

Trapeze
Trapeze is a great introduction to the world of aerial arts. One of the oldest circus apparatuses, it gives you a solid foundation for many other disciplines. This class is suitable for all levels.

Our studios are available for students to train the content they have learned in class throughout the week. Sessions cost £5 per hur and must be booked in advance. Aerial students must be signed off before booking to attend open training. Please speak to your instructor about sign off requirements.
