COVID-19 UPDATE

We are now able to teach face to face classes for Pole, Hoop, , Bungee Fitness, Hula Hoop, Yoga Wheel and Stretch at our gorgeous new studio.  Classes such as Silks, Trapeze, Rope and more will be added once restrictions are lifted.  We have a wide range of online classes both on and off the pole available via zoom.  Just book on TeamUp as usual and you can take part in those classes in the comfort of your own home.

PoleHIIT is a tabata style class on the pole.

This class includes elements that target each area of the body to build strength and stamina.  Regressions and progressions are available to ensure that you are working at the correct level for your body.
