REGULAR CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS
Our Junior classes are suitable for ages 7 and over and cost £13 if you pay for each class, or less if you buy credit bundles. Our adult classes are suitable for ages 18 and over, and range in price from £10 to £19, depending on the length of the class (e.g., a 60-minute class costs £10). Credit Bundles are available to help you save up to 15% or more if you are a Blue Light Card holder. There are classes for every body, no matter what your age or fitness level is. The classes we offer are fun and inclusive wherever you are on your journey.
Classes are released for booking on 10th of the month for the following month. We recommend that you book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. If you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours or more before the class start time to receive a full refund, refunds will not be issued for late cancellations. All courses and workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Our trick specific workshops are usually suitable for all levels and include specific conditioning and flexibility exercises to help you achieve the goal move. e.g., Inverts, Cupid, Superman, shouldermounts etc
Pole Flow

Suitable for all levels of fitness and ability, we will work through tricks and transitions before putting them into a choreographed routine
Flying Pole

Participants must be competent in basic and side climb.

Aerial Yoga
Mondays 6pm
Friday 9am
Suitable for all levels, aerial yoga is a fun and effective way to build strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. Using both the ground and the support of a suspended sling, the inversion postures can create traction helping to decompress the spine as well as building strength in the back and supporting muscles

Sunday Chill

Join us for a soothing stretch & self massage, followed by a guided aerial meditation that will leave you feeling relaxed and restored, Suitable for all levels
Cloud

Cloud swing combines static and swinging trapeze skills, including lifts, drops and holds. This workshop is suitable for all levels

Each session we cover a range of conditioning exercise before moving on to holds, twists, rolls and manoevres which can be adapted as necessary so class is accessible for all levels

Our studios are available for students to train the content they have learned in class throughout the week. Sessions cost £7 per hour and must be booked in advance. Aerial students must be signed off before booking to attend open training. Please speak to your instructor about sign off requirements.
