All of our junior classes are available term time only. They all last 60 minutes and cost £10, class packs are available so that you can save up to 15% These classes are booked on a first come, first served basis and you only need to book in for tthe sessions that your child can attend.



INTRODUCTION COURSES

INTRO TO SILKS
4 week course
starting Saturday 14th May
Saturdays 9am
Join Luke to learn all the fundamentals you will need to feel confident to progress to our beginner classes. You will develop the skills you need to safely and competently move through a range of poses and transitions, including correct form and engagement, in a safe and fun environment.
Each of the 4 sessions last 90 minutes.
Total price £60. The course must be booked as a whole and drop ins are not available. Sessions are non refundable, and non transferable.

Thursdays 6.30pm
This four week course will give you all the tools you need to go to our beginners classes with confidence. Learn all the basic grips, spins and transitions, as well as how to climb the pole, as well as learning a choreo.

ADULT CLASSES
Our adult classes are suitable for ages 18 and over, and range in price from £7.50 to £15, depending on the length of the class. There are classes for every body, no matter what your age or fitness level is. The classes we offer are fun and inclusive wherever you are on your journey.

AERIAL YOGA

Aerial yoga is a fun and effective way to build strength, flexibility, balance and stamina, combined with inverted poses in a unique anti gravity class. Using both the ground and the support of a suspended material sling with suspension, the inversion postures can create traction helping to decompress the spine as well as building strength in the back and supporting muscles

TRAPEZE

Static trapeze is a great introduction to the world of aerial arts. One of the oldest circus apparatuses it gives you a solid foundation for many other disciplines. Static trapeze features a bar suspended in the air by two ropes. Unlike in flying trapeze and dance trapeze the bar stays mainly in place.
Static trapeze is one of the most accessible disciplines in circus. By hanging the trapeze close to the ground, the aerialist can take advantage of the floor to kick up to the bar. It also offers a place to sit if you need a break. Most people are able to do a few poses on their very first day. As you build strength and flexibility you can learn increasingly impressive moves, drops and balances putting them together into aerial choreo.

PoleHIIT is a tabata style conditioning class on the pole that is suitable for all levels
This class includes elements that target each area of the body to build strength and stamina. Regressions and progressions are available to ensure that you are working at the correct level for your body.
