What to expect...
Open Aerial is an unstructured training session designed for students who want extra time to practise the skills they’ve already learned in class. Because this session is not instructor‑led, participants must be confident working independently, understand safe training practices, and have been signed off by their instructor before attending. You must have attended at least 1 aerial class in the last 5 weeks to be able to book this session.

Self‑directed practice time on your chosen apparatus
Space to refine skills and sequences you’ve already learned in class
A calm, focused training environment shared with other aerialists
Freedom to work toward your personal goals without a set class plan
Important Information
No teaching or spotting is provided during Open Aerial
Participants are responsible for their own warm‑up and cool‑down
You must only practice skills you have already been taught in class
Instructor sign‑off is required to ensure you can train safely and independently
What to wear...
comfortable, close fitting clothes that you can move in. No zips or metal fastening, as they can damage the equipment. Long Hair should be tied back and jewellery removed.
