Any prerequisites?
This session is ideal for anyone brand new to pole or still building confidence with the basics. No experience or specific fitness level is required — we start right at the foundations and progress at your pace. If you’re already confident with basic spins, climbing, and sitting on the pole, you may be ready for Beginner–Intermediate Pole.
