The apparatus is a long slack rope, anchored at both ends, that allows you to swing, flip, turn, and fly with incredible freedom. Its dynamic movement makes it perfect for anyone who loves momentum, flow, and a touch of adrenaline.
In this mixed‑level class, you’ll learn the foundations of Cloud Swing — from basic poses and transitions to introductory drops and dynamic movements. We’ll break everything down with clear progressions, strong safety support, and options for all bodies and experience levels.
What to wear...
Comfortable, stretchy, close‑fitting clothing that allows full freedom of movement. Avoid baggy items, as they can catch on the rope.
Any prerequisites?
None at all, beginners are genuinely welcome. If you’ve never touched a rope before, you’ll be guided step‑by‑step. If you have experience in aerial or gymnastics, you’ll find plenty of challenge and creativity to explore.
