This class bridges the gap between foundational pole skills and more complex movement. It’s perfect for students who have already been attending Beginner Pole classes and feel comfortable with the basics and are ready to start exploring inverts.

Progressive strength and technique drills to support safe climbing and inverting
Beginner–intermediate spins and transitions that build flow and body awareness
Climbing confidence with different holds, pathways, and controlled descents
Short, accessible combos that link skills together without overwhelm
Supportive coaching to refine technique and help you move with ease and expression

Any prerequisites?
This session is ideal for students who can confidently perform basic spins, sit on the pole, and climbs. It’s not suitable for complete beginners — if you’re brand new to pole, we recommend starting with Intro to Pole to build the foundations you’ll need to thrive here.
