What do I Do With My Hands

Whether it's photoshoots, performances or even just in class, it can be tricky to know what to do with your hands! Are you telling off a naughty dog or picking fruit from a tree? Who knows?!  

This workshop will focus on creating shapes with our hands and arms that will be great for any aerial situation.  What to do with my hands is open to all aerialist and will cover rope, silks and trapeze.  

Requirements: you must have a couple of favourite moves on the equipment that you are comfortable entering and exiting safely.
