Join Jo for this fun and challenging 90 minute workshop. The hoop is rigged on a horizontal axis, meaning it can tip and flip allowing for dynamic moves, tricks and sequences. Students must have attended either Lyra or Trapeze classes and be able to delilah, straddle or pike into the hoop.

Students must have previously attended trapeze or lyra sessions , and be able to straddle, delilah or pike into the hoop.
