Sakura Holistics Sound Bath Experience
We are extremely excited to be bringing you the opportunity to experience a wonderful aerial sound bath with Laura of Sakura Holistics. You can choose either Hammock or Floor spaces, with prices starting at £12.50. All tickets must be purchased via the Sakura Holistics booking system (see below)

About the event
Sound Baths are an opportunity for you to relax and unwind in a comfortable and holistic space surrounded by the healing vibrations of a variety of instruments. In my practice I focus on using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan metal singing bowls, kochi chimes, sonic energy chimes, water instruments, dragon frequency energy healing tubes and other relaxing sounds to help aid meditation and full body healing.
Sessions take place in groups and at this venue we have a special session where you will be suspended in a hammock and taught comfortable positions to lie in to achieve a deep sense of relaxation whilst floating amongst the sounds. There will also be an option to enjoy this soundbath lying on a mat in this magical space as hammock spaces are limited, choose hammock or mat at checkout. Each session begins with a short guided meditation evoking different imagery to calm our minds to be truly receptive to the sounds. Sessions are held in a warm and cosy environment where there will also be sensory lights to help aid your relaxation, and lighting will be dimmed.
As sessions are conducted with individuals lying on the foam mats or in hammocks please do consider whether this is suitable for you if you have any problems with lying down. It is also suitable to be seated if this is not possible, a camping chair can be a very comfortable option so if this is more comfortable for you please feel free to bring one.

A little bit about Laura:
Hi my name is Laura and I am a Music Therapist and Sound Healer and I have been practicing healing through the powerful energies of music for a number of years. I also run children's sensory and music classes and have a background in child development and psychoanalysis. I am also a level 2 reiki healer and crystal reiki healer.
I have a Masters in music therapy, diplomas in Sound Healing, meditation teaching and am a professional musician.
