Inspired by the flow of pole, fused with the movement of rope, this is a heels flow session with a difference! Don those knee pads and bring the sass as we turn up the heat in Studio 1! Â
Knee pads, (pole-specific) heels and attitude are necessary but no rope experience is required Â
