Feel at one with yourself and unlock a whole new, exciting world of pole in Magdalene Sin's bespoke workshop, focusing on fluidity of movement, sensuality and poise.

This workshop will guide you on how to feel comfortable on spin pole, covering simple but beautiful moves combined with floor-work, breaking down each move to cater to everyone’s skill level.

The workshop will also finish with an optional, recorded video performance slot for the chance to capture what you've learned!

Prerequisites

- Spin pole (not static) choreography.

-  This is for high-end beginners, it is required that you know the basics of pole eg. Climbs, seated positions, figurehead. There will be no inverting in this choreography.

- Some light floorwork so it's recommended that you wear kneepads

- I will be in pole heels but please wear what you’re comfortable wearing.

- I love being extra so feel free to go all out with your outfits, or wear what you’re most comfortable in. This is a sultry flow, I want you to feel your most sexiest and confident! Please note that outfits shouldn't interfere or obstruct with movement and the pole
