Sound Baths are an opportunity for you to relax and unwind in a comfortable and holistic space surrounded by the healing vibrations of a variety of instruments. In my practice I focus on using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan metal singing bowls, kochi chimes, sonic energy chimes, water instruments, dragon frequency energy healing tubes and other relaxing sounds to help aid meditation and full body healing.   

Sessions take place in groups and at this venue we have a special session for youngsters aged 7-14 where they can be suspended in a hammock and taught comfortable positions to lie in to achieve a deep sense of relaxation whilst floating amongst the sounds.

This session is fully accessible for children of all abilities and sensory needs, especially helpful for those with ADHD and autism as the vibrations help to relax the mind. This will be a very flexible session where the needs…
