Join Kathleen for yet another fantastic choreo class, this time in stilettos or in socks if you prefer. If you are wearing heels please make sure they are comfortable and your ankle is supported. In this class you will learn a modern expressive dance routine where you can choose to make it sexy or contemporary, however your style takes you!
Knee pads are highly advised as these classes will include somewhat substantial floorwork. Wear clothes that you can move in comfortably, you can also dress as sassy or as relaxed in joggers and socks, whatever you are comfortable in. As always, it's about body empowerment and this is your space to indulge yourself and make it whatever you want it to be.
