What to expect...
Open Pole is an unstructured training session designed for students who want extra time to practise the skills they’ve already learned in class. This is a self‑led session with no instructor teaching or supervising, so participants must be confident working independently and staying within their current ability level.
What to Expect
Independent practice time to refine tricks, transitions, and flow
Space to revisit class content at your own pace
A supportive, respectful training environment shared with other polers
Freedom to focus on your personal goals without a set class plan
Important Information
No teaching or spotting is provided during Open Pole
Participants are responsible for their own warm‑up and cool‑down
You must only practise skills you have already learned in class
This session is not suitable for beginners who have not yet completed Intro to Pole
