We are thrilled to be welcoming Bex back to the Pole Shed for more of her awesome workshops. This session will cover Bex’s favourite trending moves and unusual and creative pole poses that look harder than they actually are! We will be covering a number of different Instagram ready poses.

About the event
Intermediate/Advanced Level - 90 minutes - £30
This class will cover Bex’s favourite trending moves and unusual and creative pole poses that look harder than they actually are! We will be covering a number of different Instagram ready poses, constantly updated to ensure moves are new and up to date. This class is suitable for intermediate/advanced students, who should be comfortable with inverts, leg hangs, and intermediate to advanced pole poses. Students do NOT require splits or extreme flexibility. The class includes a full warm up, stretch and cool down.

A litttle bit of info about Bex:
Bexiita Ackland is known in the pole industry for her innovative shapes, and for creative and artistic photo shoots, always keeping it fun, achievable and up to date. Bex has collaborated with some of the best pole photographers in the world to create many stunning and iconic images. Bexiita has been poling since 2009 and is largely self taught, taking inspiration from social media and YouTube, as well as experimenting in the studio.
Bex has an innate ability to break down a move and see how it works, translate it to the pole and adapt it to different ability levels. Bex loves seeing the beauty that can be created on the pole by ALL pole dancers of all levels.
Bex is an experienced professional pole performer, competitor, judge and compère, and is a fully qualified X Pole Xpert pole fitness instructor, fully insured and first aid trained. Bex is also a contributor and writer for United Pole Artists, a web-based news source for pole dancers across the globe, and runs Revved Up Designs, a pole dance clothing line, as well as Revved Up Pole dance school.
