Join Jo for this fun and challenging 90 minute workshop. The hoop is rigged on a horizontal axis, meaning it can tip and flip allowing for dynamic moves, tricks and sequences. Students must have attended at least 5 lyra sessions, and be able to straddle or pike into the hoop.
