About the event
We have an afternoon packed choc full of taster sessions for you to try. All of these sessions are available to book now via our app or booking system. They each cost 3 credits (£7.20 subscriptions, £10 PAYG), and we have a special deal where you can buy 5 sessions for the price of 4.
Sessions are suitable for all fitness levels and all aged 18 or over.
Our instructors will be available throughout the afternoon to answer any questions and give guidance on future classes.
What to wear:
Close fitting fitness wear (leggings etc) is recommended for all Aerial sessions.
For Pole we need skin to grip so shorts and a vest or t-shirt are best.
