Sky Sirens with Kitty Velour

This workshop will teach you how to be sensual and fluid up the pole focusing on layback, handstand and leg hang combos. How to enter and exit smoothly from pole tricks, and adding sexiness while in the air. These combos can be done on static or spin. This is an intermediate level workshop.

Pre-requisite: Layback, Crucifix Handstand, Invert

What to wear: Sticky Kneepads (ones you can wear up the pole), Stripper Shoes.

A Little bit about Kitty Velour; Kitty Velour is a pole dancer, booty-popping princess, showgirl and dreamy aerial artist. Her favourite past-times include dangling off hoops ten feet in the air, enticing audiences as a unicorn mermaid and serving filthy floorwork in dimly-lit cabaret clubs.

Kitty has performed in numerous shows including Edinburgh Fringe, Boomtown Festival, Torture Garden, The Cocoa Butter Club, The Bitten Peach, and many more!

Kitty’s work has also taken her on adventures across the world performing in places such as New York, Paris, Berlin, San Francisco, LA, Zurich, and Tokyo to name a few!

Kitty loves stripper style movement and empowering people to dance with confidence, she flips the script on narratives of female/queer sexuality and advocates for marginalised groups including sex workers.
