Pole flow is an amazing full body work out. In this 75 minute session you will link floorwork, tricks and transitions together into a full choreographed routine.
Prerequisites: Must have attended at least 4 pole classes.
What to wear: Shorts and a crop or t-shirt and bare feet/socks - we need skin to grip the pole, kneepads are recommended.
