Junior Pole Shed Taster Sessions

Join Jo and Emma for a mixed discipline session to include Aerial Hoop, Silks, Trapeze and Pole.  This class is the perfect way to top up your skills through the summer break as well as try out our other available disciplines.

The session will start with a full warm up, and then we will instruct how to safely use each piece of equipment, putting tricks and transitions into sequences (giving progressions and regressions as necessary) before completing the session with a cool down.

Please wear leggings/close fitting joggers and top, and bring plenty to drink
