This workshop is aimed for higher beginners, this means you will need to have understanding of level 1 and 2 moves such as climbs, figurehead, front hook spin etc. This will be super sexy so feel free to dress up in your hottest outfits and heels. There will be some floorwork so please bring kneepads.
