Get those Pole Heels out and get ready to Grind with more fabulous choreography from Kathleen. This time you will learn a raunchy routine to a super sexy song in your Pole specific heels. If you didn't already know, Kathleen is our sassy ass burlesque queen and you should expect nothing less than the red hot flavour from all choreographies in her other Pole Shed Workshops.
She also likes to get down and dirty so knee pads are advised.
Prerequisites - Heels experience and a confident beginner poler.
