An exciting novel artform combining aspects of corde lisse and aerial silks into a single discipline. In this workshop we will look at an introduction to the equipment and explore how the dual nature of rope opens up exciting possibilities, combining rope tension with split silks moves like belay and crossbacks.
Experience on silks or rope is beneficial but not essential.
