Adult ballet workshops are suitable for complete beginners or those with previous dance experience; join Jodie, Royal Academy of Dance graduate and register teacher, as you explore the fundamentals of classical ballet technique, developing artistry and musicality; dance to the tune of ballet adaptations of classical and popular music, progressing through barre, centre work, allegro, and turns. Classical ballet technique aids in developing the necessary line and artistry for movements and poses performed in pole and aerial.
